Jan is Global Mining and Commodities sector co-head and a Partner in the Corporate M&A group.

Jan specialises in corporate finance and M&A work, with an emphasis on businesses operating in the Mining and Commodities, Oil and Gas, energy, transport and infrastructure sectors, including cross-border and domestic acquisitions and disposals, joint ventures, equity and debt issues for public and private companies, private equity transactions, corporate restructurings and commercial agreements.
