Carina Gommers
Carina’s practice covers intellectual property rights litigation and trade mark portfolio management. She is the first (and only) woman in Belgium to be ranked ‘Gold’ by the World Trademark Review and has been included in the Managing Intellectual Property’s IP STARS 2024 Top 250 Women in IP.

Carina is currently the President of ECTA and regularly lectures at the VUB. She is also the Belgian editor of the JIPLP. In addition, Carina is a CEPANI approved arbitrator for domain-name disputes.
