Charlotte qualified in October 2008 and joined the Property Litigation team at Winckworth Sherwood in October 2012. She has experience advising on contentious commercial landlord and tenant issues including all aspects of estate and asset management such as service charges, opposed and unopposed lease renewals, the exercise of break options, rent reviews, breaches of leasehold covenants, tenant insolvency and applications for consent to assign and underlet.

She has significant experience advising on vacant possession strategies and rights of light issues and has also dealt with issues relating to party walls, restrictive covenants, easements, access rights and trespass
