Tim advises high net worth individuals in relation to tax, trusts and estate planning, particularly non-UK domiciled individuals with complex international affairs. Tim focuses on establishing structures for tax efficient inward investment into the UK for non-UK domiciled entrepreneurs and on executive remuneration for UK residents through diverse strategies including onshore and offshore partnerships, share and option plans and split contracts. Tim also specialises in the establishment and operation of private trust company structures, works closely with a number of family offices and is increasingly involved with tax policy. Tim was recently named in Private Client Practitioner’s Top 35 Under 35, the definitive annual list of young private client practitioners.
