Position

Emma is a Partner and advises on a wide range of Corporate and Commercial matters including commercial contracts, terms of business, data protection, shareholders’ agreements, mergers and acquisitions, TUPE arrangements and the formation or and re-organisation of businesses.

Career

Emma qualified as a solicitor in 2017 and joined Wansbroughs in 2018. Emma gained experience working and training in-house with Matthew Clark Limited and Conviviality PLC, before spending 6 months in private practice with Porter Dodson LLP. Emma was promoted to Associate Solicitor in 2021, Managing Associate in 2022, and Partner in 2024.
