The nationally and nternationally acclaimed Children Department excels in matters including international child abduction and issues centered on jurisdiction, overseas adoption.

It consistently achieves extremely high relocation success rate of returns of children in international abduction issues (within and outside EC, Hague, Non-Hague Convention countries).

The Department specialises in private residence and contact disputes, care proceedings, adoption, abduction, special guardianship, relocation, educational matters.

Lawyers represent private individuals (parents, grandparents, family members acting through their Trusts), Local Authorities, Children and Family Court Advisory and Support Service (CAFCASS).

Around 50% of complex case work originates from existing clients or referrals including those from law firms who lack the expertise.

Services expansion to Court of Protection work - now covering entire range of children/vulnerable adult cases.
