Position

Jane’s non-contentious practice includes advising developers, tenants and contractors on contracts, appointments, warranties, bonds and guarantees, and advising on EU procurement issues. Client sectors include schools, higher education establishments, hotels and leisure, commercial office space, warehouses and industry. On the contentious side she advises contractors, subcontractors and consultants on dispute resolution and adjudication. Jane is also a construction adjudicator and is on the CIArb and TeCSA panels. Clients include Apex Contractors, Asprey Homes, Caffyns, Cats Protection, Gravesham Borough Council, Hurstpierpoint College, Kent Frozen Foods, King’s College School Wimbledon, and the WT Partnership.
