Julian also has extensive experience in family law dealing with a broad spectrum of matters including divorce , financial matters , children matters , separation agreements, cohabitation agreements, prenuptial agreements , postnuptial agreements and financial provision for children of unmarried couples or civil partnerships and gay marriage. Julian understands that divorce and separation is a difficult time in an individual's life and does his best to ensure that his advice and approach assists and does not inflame a tricky situation.
