A partner and specialist family law mediator, Priya has over 10 years’ specialist family law experience.  Her focus is resolving financial issues following relationship breakdown including divorce.  She advises clients both nationally and internationally and has experience dealing with international assets and foreign jurisdictions.  Priya’s practice also includes cohabitation disputes as well as drafting nuptial agreements. She acts for parties in Children Act applications including international family law matters such as leave to remove applications and wardship proceedings.  Priya is known for her direct, practical and at times robust approach but with sensitivity and calm.
