didlaw is a specialist employment and discrimination law practice set up by the ‘superb’ Karen Jackson in 2008. The firm has a focus on disability discrimination and other health related workplace issues, such as stress PI claims for psychiatric injury, with a growing emphasis on cases relating to sex, maternity and other forms of discrimination. Through Jackson’s specialism in disability discrimination, the firm continues to focus on this area with a majority of this work being around stress and mental health issues and often involving senior people.
