Listen

By bringing together the diverse voices and perspectives of our people, we endeavour to promote a culture of constructive conversation and engagement. We gather feedback from our networks, employee surveys and create spaces for people to share their experiences and be heard.

Educate

We empower our people to better understand diversity and inclusion and challenge thinking so that together, we can continue making progress. We have an annual calendar of learning opportunities which includes national broadcasts and regional events. We also provide resources and learning activities so that our people can inform themselves.

Act

Through intentional and purposeful action, we will deliver on our promise. Ensuring that our processes, benefits and learning opportunities reflect the diversity of our people and their needs.
