Gemma Irving

Gemma is a partner at Jones Nickolds and has extensive experience in all aspects of family law, with a particular emphasis on financial provision on divorce and arrangements for children. Gemma has worked on a number of cases with an international element. Gemma is a member of Resolution.

Lisa Jones

Founding partner of Jones Nickolds. Lisa has extensive experience in all aspects of divorce, matrimonial finance, cohabitation and private law children work. She has handled a wide range of matrimonial finance cases from the most modest to those of great complexity involving substantial assets. She has considerable experience of cases with an international element. Lisa is a member of Resolution and is a trained collaborative lawyer.

Rachel Woodd

Since 2009 Rachel has built up an extensive mediation practise involving both domestic and international cases. Rachel's litigation practise involves all aspects of divorce, matrimonial finance, civil partnerships, cohabitation and private children matters. She is also highly experienced in advising on pre-nuptial agreements.
