Andriy is a dual qualified English and Ukrainian lawyer specialising in commercial law and litigation, with over 10 years of professional experience.

Over the years, he worked for and advised multinational corporations, high-net-worth individuals, as well as small and medium size companies with the main focus of his practice on cross-border transactions and complex multi-jurisdictional projects. He is also experienced in structuring tax liabilities of international businesses and managing complex litigation processes in different countries.

Andriy graduated as a Ukrainian qualified lawyer from Yaroslav Mudriy National Law Academy in 2007. At the same time he got Higher Degree in Economics from Kharkiv National Economic University.

He has also obtained a Master’s Degree (LLM) in European and International Tax Law in Sweden and studied International Business and Management in Chinese University of Hong Kong.
