Court of Protection - Our team is one of the largest independent Court of Protection teams in the UK and act as deputy for many clientsin respect of their property and affairs as well as decisions in relation to their personal health and welfare. We can also provide Expert Witness services in relation to deputyship costs in both of these areas as both a claimant and defendant.

Family Law - We can assist with a range of family law services including Divorce, Child Arrangements, Same Sex Partnerships, Family Mediation services, Co-Habitation issues, Grandparents' Rights and also all of the above services when a brain injury is present in a relationship.
