Laura is a Senior Associate and is head of the firm’s employment team. She specialises exclusively in Employment and Discrimination Law, with a particular focus on contentious employment law

She has extensive experience of advising on and successfully representing clients in numerous Tribunal Hearings throughout Scotland. Her cases involve unfair dismissal, constructive unfair dismissal, discrimination, whistleblowing, breach of contract, assertion of a statutory right and employment status.
