Fiona undertakes all aspects of insolvency and corporate recovery work with particular specialism in contentious matters.

She has extensive experience of acting in contentious insolvency proceedings including cases involving allegations of fraud and breach of duty as well as the full range of office holders claims based on antecedent transactions and wrongful trading. She has acted for both office holders and former directors in bringing and defending claims.
