Belinda also advises housebuilders on disposals to registered providers and local authorities. 

Belinda’s expertise is in acting for national housebuilders and for institutional and agricultural landowners. 

She has significant experience in strategic land, advising on option agreements and promotion agreements. She also has expertise in landowner collaboration agreements for strategic sites, advising on equalisation and land pooling arrangements.
