Neil is a member of the firm's Jersey Finance and Corporate practice. He became a partner of Mourant LP in 2021.

During his career, Neil has worked on a broad range of corporate and finance transactions, including private M&A, complex equity and debt restructurings, lender and borrower side financing, and has particular expertise and experience in private equity transactions.

Before joining Mourant, Neil was a Senior Associate in London with Taylor Wessing, working in their Private Equity team.
