Alex Henderson

I'm based in our Jersey office in our Investment Funds practice. I advise on the structuring, establishment, operation and regulation of investment funds and other investment structures including co-investments, club deals, joint ventures, managed accounts and executive co-investment and carried interest. I advise across asset classes but my particular expertise is with private equity, venture and real estate investment structures. I act for a range of clients from first time managers to institutional fund managers.

Alistair Horn

Alistair advises a number of hedge, real estate and private equity funds and fund promoters on an on-going basis and is responsible for assisting with the establishment of a number of high profile investment funds and investment structures (both open and closed ended). Alistair also specialises in advising on the restructuring and financing of investment structures, equity raises, investor EGMs and investor relations generally.

Amy Demetriou

Ben Robins

Fred Milner

James Hill

James Daniel

I'm a Partner in our Jersey Finance and Corporate practice, specialising in banking and finance matters. Joel Hernandez

Katie Phillips

I’m an employment law and local business specialist in our Jersey Litigation practice. I advise on a wide range of contentious and non-contentious employment and discrimination law matters, including contracts of employment, employment arrangements, corporate M&A, HR support, highvalue and complex dismissals, and restructurings and tribunal claims. I regularly advise on general commercial litigation including enforcement, dégrèvement and real estate matters as well as focusing on advising clients on the relocation of businesses and the establishment of new businesses in the island, business and employment licences, immigration advice and work permits. I also have further experience in advising on competition law and data protection matters. In addition, I regularly contribute articles to publications and provide training to clients on employment issues and legal developments.

Laurie Child

Laurie is Counsel in our Jersey Litigation and Dispute Resolution practice and a member of our specialist Channel Islands Employment team. He advises on the full range of employment and discrimination law matters, including litigation claims, complex employee relations issues, mergers and acquisitions and restructuring projects. He has particular experience of collective or unionised employment issues, and contributes regularly to cross-border matters for clients operating globally. Laurie's work also includes advising on discrimination law matters arising outside of the employment relationship. This has included obtaining an order striking out a claim against a provider of occupational health services, and negotiating the mediated outcome of a claim relating to the provision of customer telephone banking services. Laurie Child

Mark Chambers
