Joost van den Berg has been an Of Counsel at LexField since 2020 and coordinates the Dutch-Luxembourg platform thereof. Joost specialises in international tax structuring, has worked as tax counsel in leading Luxembourg and Dutch firms, and is currently also a partner at HVK Stevens (Dutch advisory firm). He has considerable experience in representing private equity firms, corporate clients and asset managers on cross-border transactions, with a longstanding expertise on all Dutch and Luxembourg matters.
