Alexandra Woodcock

Alistair Horn

Edward Devenport

Gordon Dawes
Gordon is a Partner in Mourant's Guernsey Litigation and Dispute Resolution practice.  He is an English Barrister by background, practising from London Chambers for 9 years, gaining extensive court experience, before moving to Guernsey in 1998 and joining Ozannes, now Mourant Ozannes, where he has been a Partner since 2003. James Hill

Jeremy Wessels
Jeremy specialises in commercial litigation generally, particularly cases involving insolvency, contentious trust disputes and financial services businesses, along with asset tracing and freezing orders. He also advises on regulatory and money laundering issues. Jeremy has been involved in many of the more significant cases before the Royal Court of Guernsey. He acted for Westminster City Council in relation to the proceedings against Dame Shirley Porter and has been involved with a number of high value insolvencies. He acted for the liquidators in the Flightlease Group liquidations, part of the SwissAir Group which involved disputed claims against the group for several billion dollars. Joel Hernandez
Joel is an investment fund specialist. Highlight deals: Joel led a team which provided Jersey advice to a consortium of investors on the establishment of Links Healthcare REIT Limited, a £700m closed-ended collective investment fund that indirectly acquired a property portfolio of 12 private hospitals located throughout the UK.
