Position

Aliki is an Associate in the Litigation and Dispute Resolution team of the Mourant BVI office.

She advises on a wide range of matters including but not limited to international litigation, fraud and asset recovery, insolvency, general commercial litigation, shareholder and general company disputes, and corporate disputes.

Career

Prior to joining Mourant Aliki worked at two other leading law firms in the BVI where she advised on legal matters including corporate, economic substance, banking and finance, funds, commercial contracts, insolvency and mergers and acquisitions.

Admitted as a Notary Public in the British Virgin Islands, 2022 Admitted to the Bar of the Eastern Caribbean Supreme Court as a Barrister, British Virgin Islands Circuit, 2018 Bachelors of Law (Hons.)
