Saniyé Tipirdamaz has been a Counsel at LexField since 2022 and heads its banking & finance practice. Saniyé has an extensive experience in all types of international and domestic financings with a particular focus on fund financings, asset financings (aircraft, ship, rail way) acquisition financings, real estate financings, project financings, corporate financings, Islamic finance, structured finance and refinancings. She advises international credit institutions, international group of companies, and investment funds on cross-border financings. Saniyé also specialises in restructuring and insolvency matters as well as enforcement of security interests.
