A Jersey advocate and Managing Partner of the Jersey office of Mourant Ozannes, Jonathan specialises in commercial litigation involving contentious and non-contentious trust litigation, banking law and practice, and all aspects of financial services regulation. He has written about and lectured widely on litigation and Jersey anti-money laundering legislation.
