Alistair advises a number of hedge, real estate and private equity funds and fund promoters on an on-going basis and is responsible for assisting with the establishment of a number of high profile investment funds and investment structures (both open and closed ended). Alistair also specialises in advising on the restructuring and financing of investment structures, equity raises, investor EGMs and investor relations generally.

Alistair qualified as a Solicitor of England and Wales (currently non-practising)* in 2005. He completed the Legal Practice Course at the College of Law (Guildford Branch) and studied Law & European Legal Studies at the Universities of Southampton and Nantes.
