Position

I am a Partner at Mourant Ozannes (Hong Kong) LLP.  I have extensive finance and restructuring experience, advising major financial institutions, creditors, corporations, private equity and hedge funds and insolvency practitioners on a range of transactions throughout the Asia-Pacific region.

Career

I specialise in advising clients on realising value in distressed situations, including security enforcements, special situations, debt restructurings and voluntary liquidations, and am regularly approached to advise on offshore statutory merger regimes.

I have significant experience helping clients on a broad range of banking and finance transactions, including cross-border leveraged buyouts, public-to-private acquisitions, bilateral and syndicated loans, real estate finance and structured finance.

Prior to joining Mourant Ozannes, I spent six years with Hogan Lovells in Hong Kong, where I also worked on secondment for UBS and HSBC.

I am the former chair of the Asia Pacific Loan Market Association's Women in the Loan Market Asia committee. I’m also a board member of the Hong Kong branch of the International Women's Insolvency & Restructuring Confederation.
