As Counsel in our Guernsey Litigation team, I am a highly experienced Advocate with a broad-based commercial litigation practice.

Career

A litigator with 20 years of experience, I practiced at Beachcroft (now DAC Beachcroft) as an English Solicitor and as a Guernsey Advocate with Mourant Ozannes since 2010.

I have a broad-based commercial disputes practice with a particular expertise in regulatory, trust and insurance law including Disciplinary & Regulatory proceedings for legal and financial professionals, Contentious Trust, D&O policy coverage disputes and Insurance Litigation
