Niamh heads up Ogier's Jersey Investment Funds practice and has more than 20 years' experience as a specialist funds and regulatory lawyer, focused on private equity, venture capital and infrastructure funds as well as real estate structuring, real estate funds and fund formation. She works with businesses ranging from debt fund managers to sovereign wealth funds. Niamh is recognised as a leading lawyer in the IFLR 1000 and is also ranked in The Legal 500 and Chambers UK.

Niamh has over 15 years’ experience working with businesses ranging from debt fund managers to sovereign wealth funds. She works on a wide range of matters including fund formation, regulatory advice and real estate structuring. She is part of Ogier's multi-disciplinary Private Equity team and has particular expertise in private equity, venture capital and fund formation and capital raising. Niamh frequently advises on economic substance and AIFMD considerations and the full range of ongoing fund operation, including regulatory compliance, term extensions, wind-down and termination.

Niamh is a specialist funds and regulatory lawyer. Her clients include Therium Group Holdings Limited, a leading global provider of litigation finance, and life sciences-focused investment firm Medicxi.

Niamh is recognised as a leading lawyer in the IFLR 1000 and is also ranked in The Legal 500 and Chambers UK.
