Position
Tristan Maultby is a Group Partner in Walkers' Jersey office. Tristan joined Walkers in 2019 and is a member of the Global Finance and Corporate Groups.
Tristan has worked offshore since 2013, and advises global financial institutions, corporates, trustees and other entities on the Jersey aspects of international corporate, banking and finance transactions.
Tristan has particular experience of advising on the establishment of investment holding structures in Jersey and of advising lenders providing finance to such investment holding structures.
He also has experience in non-contentious restructuring matters.
