Position
Claire advises clients in respect of corporate, funds and banking matters.
Her principal practice area is corporate real estate and investment funds (both listed and non-listed). Claire has acted on numerous fund structurings and re-structurings, co-investments and portfolio acquisitions and refinancings. She acts for both lender and borrower on real estate finance transactions as well as for buyer and seller on M&A matters.
Education
Claire obtained her LLB and LPC at Nottingham Law School, Nottingham Trent University.
