Roxanne is an associate in Carey Olsen's dispute resolution and insolvency team based in the British Virgin Islands.

Roxanne has extensive experience advising clients, negotiating terms and disputes, and of oral advocacy. She is admitted to practice as an Attorney and Counselor-at-Law in the courts of the State of New York, as a Barrister of the Eastern Caribbean Supreme Court in the territory of the British Virgin Islands, and as a Barrister and Solicitor of the Saint Christopher and Nevis Circuits of the Eastern Caribbean Supreme Court.

Prior to joining the team at Carey Olsen, Roxanne gained considerable experience as a Criminal Defense Attorney in the State of New York, where she represented hundreds of indigent clients from arraignment through to bail, adjournments, hearings and trials. She has also practised as a Workers' Compensation Law Attorney also in the State of New York, where she provided legal advice to businesses, advocated for clients before Court, and negotiated settlements of disputes and litigation.

Roxanne received a Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school in Boston, Massachusetts and a Legal Education Certificate from a law school in Nassau, Bahamas.
