Position
Louise is a partner in the dispute resolution and litigation team in Jersey. Louise is an experienced advocate and trust litigator, representing clients in contentious and semi contentious trust matters. She has also acted in corporate and fund disputes, and regularly advises clients on notices received under tax information exchange agreements (TIEAs).
Louise has authored articles for legal journals and regularly speaks in Jersey and overseas on developments in Jersey trust law.
