Bryony is a highly experienced finance lawyer with a diverse range of matters and clients. Bryony's practice focuses on debt capital markets, where she acts with leading law firms in London and New York advising on high-yield bond issuances (public and private), securitisations and convertible bonds. She has extensive experience in listing securities on The International Stock Exchange including asset-backed securities and variable funding notes. Bryony also advises on acquisition finance, fund finance and project finance. Her recent experience includes guiding and lenders and borrowers through enforcement processes and bankruptcy considerations.

Bryony studied English at the University of Exeter and The College of William and Mary in Virginia before completing her GDL and LPC at The College of Law in London. Bryony joined the structured finance team in 2012 and was sworn in as an Advocate of the Royal Court of Jersey in 2013.
