Private client and trusts

Partner within the private client department, specialising in wills, probate and estate work, including wills.  He is also a Deputy Registrar at the Bailiwick of Guernsey Probate Registry as well as a Notary Public, providing notarial services tailored to suit the needs of both corporate and private clients.

Michael works principally for private clients. This encompasses drafting wills, estate planning, undertaking probate applications and estate administration, frequently involving multiple legal jurisdictions, and preparing Powers of Attorney and Guardianship applications.

He is also a Notary Public and provides notarial services tailored to suit the needs of both corporate and private clients, offering a fast and efficient service in an area where timing can often be critical.
