Ann Halliday

Counsel Ann holds the position of Counsel within the Corporate team at Babbé. She has over twenty years experience as an English qualified solicitor specialising in corporate, banking and finance law. She has an established and impressive background in commercial and retail banking, corporate advisory, organisational restructuring and providing advice on a wide range of multi-jurisdictional lending, security structuring and regulatory matters. She has extensive experience in advising leading banks and financial institutions on financial transactions in a timely and commercially minded manner.

Martin joined Babbé LLP as a Partner in the Disputes & Risk team.

Michael Riddiford

Partner within the private client department, specialising in wills, probate and estate work, including wills. He is also a Deputy Registrar at the Bailiwick of Guernsey Probate Registry as well as a Notary Public, providing notarial services tailored to suit the needs of both corporate and private clients.

Nicholas Robison

Managing Partner Nick specialises in disputes involving complex international trust and corporate structures. He acts for and advises: trustees, beneficiaries and other parties to trusts; directors, shareholders and other corporate stakeholders. He acts in trust administration proceedings. He also has extensive experience of commercial litigation and of regulatory matters.

Simon Howitt

Partner in the trusts department specialising in trusts, banking and general company/commercial matters, particularly involving advising leading fiduciary service providers on the establishment and operation of trusts and companies, advising on transactions involving Guernsey companies and advising banks on lending transactions and security.
