Annabel advises on a wide range of corporate matters, including banking and corporate finance, investment funds, mergers and acquisitions and general commercial work. She moved from the Guernsey to the BVI office in September 2022.

Annabel has previously worked on a number of cross-jurisdictional and cross-departmental matters with our other offices. In particular, Annabel regularly worked with the property teams assisting property funds on the acquisition of large commercial properties both in Guernsey and Jersey and acting for the borrower in the financing for the development of Guernsey's Premier Inn.

Annabel has undertaken client secondments to leading private banks in both Channel Islands. Being able to experience transactions from a client's perspective has enabled her to fully understand and appreciate their specific needs.

Annabel is listed as a recommended lawyer in Legal 500 2024.

Career

Trained with Collas Crill (Guernsey) with secondments to Charles Russell Speechlys, within their private wealth disputes team, and SG Kleinwort Hambros' credit team.

Annabel qualified as a solicitor of England and Wales in September 2018. Following this, she spent 3 months in Collas Crill's Cayman office within the dispute resolution team, focusing on insolvency and corporate restructuring. She has also completed a secondment with Investec in their credit and lending services team.
