Aliki Skelton-Lettsome

Associate. Aliki advises on a wide range of legal matters including but not limited to corporate, banking and finance, funds, commercial contracts, insolvency and mergers and acquisitions. Prior to joining Collas Crill, Aliki worked for another leading law firm in the BVI where she obtained particular experience acting for real estate development companies on transactions including property development, property investment and hotel operations. Aliki has advised on a number of multi-million dollar and multi-billion dollar bond issuances, some transactions involving more than 100 BVI companies and double issuances.

Annabel Bishop

Annabel is an associate in the corporate, finance and funds team. She advises on a wide range of corporate matters, including banking and corporate finance, investment funds, mergers and acquisitions and general commercial work. She moved from the Guernsey to the BVI office in September 2022.

Dave Marshall

Senior Associate. Dave has a broad civil and commercial litigation practice in the BVI, appearing before all Courts in the Territory up to the Eastern Caribbean Court of Appeal. He specialises in insolvency and restructuring; director and shareholder disputes; contentious probate matters; employment disputes; contentious trusts; and fraud, asset tracing and freezing injunctions.

Ellie Crespi

Managing Partner, Head of Corporate, Finance and Funds in BVI. Ellie practises BVI and Cayman laws and advises on all elements of corporate, capital markets and banking transactions as well as restructurings. Her clients include leading onshore law firms, private equity investors, major international financial institutions, listed and private companies and British Virgin Islands statutory and public bodies.  Ellie has been practising since 2006 and has built a global client base, advising on top-ticket corporate, finance and capital markets transactions in the United States, Asia, Europe and Latin America. Her experience practising and living in Western Europe, the CIS, Asia and the Caribbean brings a nuanced cultural understanding to complex, cross-border transactions with global stakeholders.

Fay O'Halloran

Fay is an Associate within the firm's Commercial Dispute Resolution Department, based in the British Virgin Islands. She is admitted to practice as a solicitor in the British Virgin Islands and England & Wales.

Maria Sirozhenko

Associate. Maria works predominantly within the Corporate team but she will also support with litigation cases.Prior to joining Collas Crill, Maria worked at a boutique firm in Mayfair, London. There, her main focus of work was with high net worth Russian clients, many of whom have a global presence in the media and internet sector.
