Collas Crill’s multi-jurisdictional Insolvency and Corporate Disputes team brings a wealth of experience from a range of diverse backgrounds to give quick, accurate, commercial advice across dispute resolution, restructuring, recovery and insolvency matters to clients across the globe.

The firm frequently advises top law firms from the UK, the US, China and other jurisdictions, and is working on some of the largest and most complex cross-border insolvencies in progress today. Collas Crill is regularly briefed by Sovereign Wealth Funds and Fortune 500 Companies to advise on particular restructurings, as well as investment managers from Europe and the US.

Collas Crill's global Financial Services and Regulatory team specialises in banking, capital markets, corporate advisory, corporate reorganisations, funds and regulatory.

Real Estate - Global Head, Jason Green

Collas Crill's full-service Real Estate teams - based in the Cayman Islands, Guernsey and Jersey - are recognised by clients for their responsive, friendly and commercially aware approach.

The teams offer services in commercial property including real estate financing, planning and property disputes, relocation services and residential property and planning services.
