Paul is a Consultant in the Financial Services and Regulatory team. He advises on all elements of investment fund establishment, regulation and downstream transactional work.  His clients include venture capital, private equity, real estate and hedge fund managers based in the key fund markets of London, New York and Asia with a fast-growing following in South Africa.

Always having taken a commercially-minded approach, in 2021 Paul moved to a consultancy role with the firm alongside an external position as founding partner of a venture capital firm. This brings unique and invaluable experience and perspective to the team in advising fund managers.

Paul joined Collas Crill in 2007, became a group partner in 2011 and head of the corporate team in 2014. During this time he has built a strong network of clients and collaborators and broadened the firm’s profile in the investment funds and corporate space.

Paul is one of only three lawyers sitting on the executive committee of the Guernsey Investment Funds Association (GIFA). Law Society of England and Wales Guernsey International Lawyers Association Oxford Union
