David has more than 40 years' experience in corporate law, having practised for 30 years in Guernsey and 10 years in London prior to that.

He specialises in corporate finance, insurance, offshore funds, employment law, trusts and regulatory issues and is highly regarded as one of Guernsey's leading corporate lawyers. He is also a non-executive director of a number of investment and insurance companies, both listed and unlisted.
