Financial services and insurance: The firm’s financial services and insurance practice provides specialist strategic advice across the FS market, including acting for insurers, policy holders, intermediaries and private equity companies. The firm has clients across the London insurance and reinsurance markets and a growing presence in the fast-growing fintech and insurtech sub-sectors, as well as acting for many of the UK’s leading private equity houses. Specialist teams provide a complete range of services to clients across all business lines and in commercial, corporate and FCA regulatory matters. The firm’s leading expertise in complex non-contentious regulatory issues sees it working on business-critical conduct, prudential and governance matters, as well as ‘perimeter issues’ affecting financial services and other firms.
