Matt is a senior associate in our corporate finance team with a focus on private equity and complex mergers and acquisitions.

Matt has experience acting for private equity sponsors and global corporates on a broad range of domestic and international transaction. He also has experience advising management teams in relation to incoming private equity investments.

Matt works closely with a number of key private equity and global corporate clients of Browne Jacobson including Palatine Private Equity, NorthEdge, LDC, Apiary Capital, PBE Group, Sodexo and Equable Partners.
