Banking and finance: Campbells has extensive experience advising on banking and structured finance transactions, including commercial syndicated lending, Islamic finance, export credit agency financing, structured leasing, trade finance, distressed debt, security enforcement, derivatives, securitisations and other structured products. Clients include other law firms, global financial institutions, arrangers, security agents, trustees and leasing companies, with whom Campbells works across a multitude of jurisdictions on a wide range of projects. The firm has significant experience in the Americas, Europe, the Middle East and Asia, and frequently advises on cross-border products and structures involving Cayman and BVI vehicles and assets.
