Mr.  Ferro focuses on Dispute Resolution (Litigation) and Insolvency and Bankruptcy Law.

He regularly represents local and international clients of different industries in complex litigation throughout all the procedural stages of the proceedings and at different local courts (including the Argentine Supreme Court). Furthermore, his preventing advice requires his active and coordinated interaction with attorneys from our other practices areas, such as Corporate and Corporate Governance, Corporate Finance, Capital Markets, Energy and Antitrust

Mr. Ferro joined the firm  in 2004 and he became Partner in 2014.

Mr. Ferro is a member of the Bar Association of the City of Buenos Aires.

Ferro graduated from the Universidad de Buenos Aires in 1999, with honors.

In 2008 he obtained a Master in Business Law at the Universidad de San Andres (argentina). He participated in the XXIII National Congress of Procedural Law (Mendoza, Argentina) in 2005.

In addition, Lautaro Ferro participated of several post-graduate courses on insolvency and bankruptcy law at the Universidad de Buenos Aires, and he has authored some articles on matters of his expertise.
