Mr. Martín Quirán specializes in Tax and Customs law. Further, his practice covers a wide range of specialties, such as (i) the structuring of labor relationships to mitigate legal contingencies; (ii) the review of compliance issues under applicable employment laws; (iii) the drafting of employment policies and guidance on their application; (iv) the drafting and negotiation of individual employment agreements; (v) the design of strategies for the down-sizing or closing of industrial or commercial facilities and dismissal of the workforce; (vii) the drafting of confidentiality and non- compete agreements, golden parachutes; and (viii) the structuring of stock option plans, and any agreements and instruments dealing with labor matters, among others.
