He has an extensive experience in domestic and cross-border M&A transactions, joint-ventures, structuring private equity investments, corporate governance and advising major international companies, private equity and investment funds.
He regularly advises clients in business law matters including, setting-up companies, branches or special purpose vehicles, drafting and negotiating different types of agreements (e.g. shareholders, voting trusts, licensing, distribution, franchise, agency agreements, pledge, mortgage and other security arrangements, among others).

Represented food processing company Brasil Foods in an asset deal transaction which involved the acquisition of the hamburger, sausages and margarine business (including trademarks) from Argentine counterpart Molinos Río de la Plata.
Represented Ferring laboratory in the sale and transfer of certain pharmaceutical products, trademarks and personnel to the Argentine laboratory Roemmers.
Represented Brazilian company Lupatech in the sale of certain of its Argentine subsidiaries to the private equity fund Sophia Capital.
Represented Brazilian company Lupatech in the sale of certain of its Argentine subsidiaries to a local Argentine investor.
Represented Apco Oil in the sale of Argentine and Colombian subsidiaries in favor of Argentine energy company Pluspetrol
Represented private equity firm Linzor Capital in the acquisition of 85 per cent of Uruguayan frozen foods company Pagnifique.
Represented Apache in the sale of its Argentine companies to YPF S.A.
Represented Penguin Random House in the acquisition of the trade book business of Spanish and Portuguese language publisher Santillana.
