Intellectual Property

Mr.Fiorito’s focuses his practice in Intellectual Property Law. He advises and represents clients in issues related to trademarks, patents, design patents, advertising, copyright, technology law, trade secrets. His experience is also focused in representing clients in litigation and conflicts related to Intellectual Property and Commercial Law.

Mr. Fiorito joined the Firm in August 2010 and became a partner in 2016. He previously worked at The Commercial Court of Appeals and at the firm Marval, O’Farrell & Mairal. He is an Industrial Property Agent and has published articles related to Intellectual Property. He is a speaker in a postgraduate course in the Universidad Católica Argentina.

Mr. Fiorito is a member of the Argentine Association of Industrial Property Agents (AAAPI) and of the Bar Association of the City of Buenos Aires. He is also a member of the International Trademark Association (INTA) and of the MARQUES Association.

Mr. Fiorito received his law degree from the. Universidad de Belgrano in 1999.  He is also an Industrial Property Agent and attended postgraduate courses in his areas of expertise
