Pérez Alati, Grondona, Benites & Arntsen assists large domestic and international clients operating in the food, energy and technology sectors with the management of their trade mark portfolios and in the defence of IP rights. Patent litigation is a particularly strong area, with the firm also called on for its knowledge of technology transfer law. Fernando Alonso provides legal advice to local and international clients and is active in litigation relating to trade marks, patents, trade names, advertising and privacy law. He co-leads the practice with Julio Lago and Santiago Fiorito, who covers trade marks, patents, copyright, technology law and trade secrets. The practice strengthened its ranks in 2023 with the hires of IP agents Maria Sol Toucedo and Eugenia Pabon Ezpeleta, who were both previously with Estudio Chaloupka.
