Mr. Galíndez is a member of the Tax and Customs Law practice group.

Mr. Galíndez expertise includes customs related violation and crimes, challenging Import and Export duties tax assessments, tax reimbursements and export benefits, classification and origin matters of goods, Customs valuation matters on imports and exports, registration before Importers/Exporters Registry, release of customs guaranties and sureties.

Andrés M. Galíndez joined the firm in September, 2012 and became a Special Counsel in 2016.

Between 1997 and 2002 he worked as paralegal in Galíndez & Juiz Palacios and between 2003 and 2012 he joined Guirao & Pereyra Moine as a specialist in Customs Matters.
