Mrs. Veiga’s practice is primarily focused on Corporate Law, advising several national and foreign companies in various corporate matters, including investment vehicles, corporate management, directors’ duties and responsibilities, audits, documents, policies and corporate contracts, design and implementation of a suitable corporate form for each business and corporate disputes. Vanina M. Veiga is an expert on mergers and other corporate changes. She has been active in acquisitions and trade agreements negotiations.

Mrs. Veiga is a partner since 2015. Prior to joined the firm she  was a lawyer at Negri & Teijeiro Abogados, where was appointed partner in 2006. Previously she was the legal manager of Embotelladora del Atlántico S.A. (a Coca-Cola bottler).

Vanina M. Veiga has been a professor at the Argentine Catholic University, Torcuato Di Tella University and Palermo University.

Mrs. Veiga is admitted to practice law at the City of Buenos Aires and at the Province of Buenos Aires.

Mrs. Veiga was admitted to practice in Buenos Aires in 1998. She received an LL.M. in Law and Economics from Torcuato Di Tella University Law School in 2006 and attended as visiting scholar the LL.M. of the Southwestern University Law School in 2005. She received her law degree from the Argentine Catholic University Law School in 1998 and completed several post-graduate corporate courses at that school and both at the University of Buenos Aires and Austral University.
