Our practice focuses on fund formation and ongoing operations, covering all aspects from fund structuring and management to investor relations and portfolio company representation. Labor & Employment:

The firm advises employers regarding all aspects of employment law, including handling complex wage-and-hour collective and class actions and discrimination litigation; high-stakes workplace investigations disputes between executives and their companies, particularly involving restrictive covenants; and OSHA matters.
